Erection

KÖPPERN will carry out erection and/or erection supervision work for entire and partial plant systems as well as individual machines KÖPPERN has supplied.


Activities cover thorough customer consultation and detailed planning throughout the erection period including trial runs.


KÖPPERN will delegate personnel supervising the erection. Those delegated (mainly experienced erection engineers and foremen) have acquired special knowledge and extensive experience on jobsites all over the world.

Commissioning

For KÖPPERN supplied equipment KÖPPERN is prepared to perform commissioning services for entire or partial plant systems or individual machines. This covers both initial and subsequent commissioning activities (e.g. following plant extensions or modifications).


Commissioning services range from the original start-up of the plant to supervision of performance trials required to provide evidence of agreed performance ratings. KÖPPERN can provide consulting services and technical assistance for the plant operation after commissioning.


 

Customer’s personnel can be trained prior to commissioning. 

By appropriately adjusting the process parameters the plant is optimized for best respect to throughput, energy consumption, availability and product quality.
